1. Electrostatic precipitator

2. Filter adsorption type

Principle: use porous filter materials, such as non-woven fabric, filter paper, fiber, foam, etc. (HEPA high-density air filter material with the strongest adsorption capacity) to adsorb suspended particles and harmful gases in the air, so as to purify the air; Generally, the treatment method of adsorption filtration is adopted, that is, formaldehyde and other pollutants are sucked into the purifier through the fan and filtered through multiple layers.

3. Photocatalyst type

Principle: photocatalyst is similar to the photosynthesis of chlorophyll in plants. The difference between the two is that chlorophyll absorbs the energy of sunlight and catalyzes the carbon dioxide in the air into oxygen, while titanium dioxide, the main material of photocatalyst, produces hydrogen and oxygen free radicals under ultraviolet irradiation, which can destroy the cell membrane, loss the cytoplasm and cause the death of bacteria. At the same time, formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia and other organic compounds are decomposed into carbon dioxide, water and organic acids harmless to human body. In the whole process, the photocatalyst does not participate in the reaction, but only plays a catalytic role. Therefore, as long as the photocatalyst is not removed, its catalytic role is permanent.

Because the chemical reaction of this type is a continuous process, it takes 7-15 days for the photocatalyst to work in addition to decoration pollution, and there is no dust removal capacity.

4. Negative ion type

Principle: anion air purifier, also known as electrostatic air purifier. It ionizes free electrons from molecules in the air through strong electrostatic field, combines with oxygen molecules in the air to form negative oxygen ions, and combines with bacterial cells in the air to change and die the internal structure of cells. And make toluene, formaldehyde, smoke and dust and other inhaled particles in the air gather and settle naturally, so as to achieve the purpose of purification. The anion air purifier is very quiet when working. Anion is a kind of charged particles, which not only makes the air fresh, but also is very beneficial to human health.

In nature, plant photosynthesis, explosion, lightning and lightning can produce air negative ions. Therefore, people compare the negative ions in the air to "vitamins in the air". Internationally, the first standard index for evaluating air quality is the content of negative ions.
