Industrial workshops have high requirements on the flatness and surface crack resistance of floor slabs, and it is difficult to control manual construction and achieve standardized construction. The following introduces the construction methods and precautions of the laser leveling machine, so as to better avoid construction mistakes.



1. Preparation

Floor construction requires adequate preparation. From laying the base and reinforcing mesh - setting the dowel bar - setting the buffer strip - concrete mixing, every step is to grasp the details.

2. Concrete paving + laser leveling

The mixed concrete in the mixing station is transported by the pump and spread on the gravel base. The speed of the laser leveling machine should be suitable, and the manual leveling should be quickly assisted.

3. Primary refining

About 3-4 hours after paving concrete with a laser grader is a good time without visible footprints. Using single-disc and double-disc polishing machines, install rubbing discs, repeatedly rub the discs during the initial setting of concrete, and lift out the concrete slurry. If it is not uniform, adjust the distribution of aggregates and re-grind. The polishing times of the laser leveling machine can be operated by the construction personnel according to the specific situation. The corners are hand-shaved. The front and rear grinding directions are staggered horizontally and vertically. After grinding, use a guide ruler to check the flatness.

6. Light up

Depending on the hardening of the concrete, after the surface has become dull, carry out a polisher without discs at least three times. Changes in the speed and angle of the trowel should be adjusted according to the hardening of the concrete. It is recommended to adjust the blade angle at the beginning of each collection to avoid damaging the floor.

7. Maintenance

After scientifically completing the construction process of the laser leveling machine, it takes more than 28 days to maintain the floor. After the construction is completed, sprinkle water for maintenance, lay geotextiles, reduce water evaporation, and keep the wear-resistant floor after construction in a wet state.

Eight. Major construction steps: cutting expansion joints

After 24 hours of concrete watering and curing, cut off the expansion joints. Since the distance between the wall columns is about 7 meters, which meets the requirements of the expansion joint gap, the expansion joints are mainly distributed according to the wall column structure, forming a layout of 7m*7m; the depth is about 6-7 cm, and the gap is about 5 mm.
