If the transmission of each roller driven by the separate rollers is selected according to a large torque, it will easily cause power waste, and because of When designing the leveling machine, the roll diameter and roll distance are affected by various factors such as plate thickness and leveling accuracy, and the roll diameter and roll distance should not be too large. This kind of transmission structure cannot be arranged according to the torque. However, if this is not done, it is easy to cause the lack of leveling torque of a single roller in the process of leveling the steel plate, thereby affecting the leveling accuracy or basically unable to level the steel plate.
