This will cause longitudinal stretching of the inner and outer surfaces of the coil relative to the opposite surface. This longitudinal stretch causes lateral contraction, which in turn produces lateral bowing. Defects of wide web are corrugated edges, web breaks and mid-waves.


Ripple edges and middle waves are mostly found on wide, thin strips. In the process of raw material cold rolling, the computerized quilting machine will make some parts of the strip uneven in thickness due to the deformation of the rolling mill. So the thinner part will be slightly longer than the thicker part, which will create a "ripple" in the longer part.


In order to lose these tensions in the quality guess, the leveling process is essential. The basic principle of roll leveling is to selectively stretch certain parts of the strip, and the stretching force is higher than the yield point of the material, so that the strip has a substantially uniform "fiber" length.


This is accomplished by performing a series of up and down bends on the material within a small radius range when the material is determined by the leveler. Under this circumstance, the shorter "fiber" has a longer moving stroke, and the upper and lower bending amplitudes are gradually reduced as the strip moves toward the exit of the machine, so as to force the curvature formed by bending when entering the machine. When all "fibers" are substantially uniform in length, the sheet is flattened and "leveled".


The leveling machine is provided with an upper die and a lower die, wherein the upper die is fixed on the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed on the support frame, and independent The cooling water channel, the outlet and the inlet of the cooling water channel are located on the upper die or the lower die respectively. At least the first 5 rolls from the leveler inlet have the same ratio of radii or distances as those of the conventional leveler, and at least the last 5 rolls from the leveler inlet have a ratio of radii or distances similar to those of the crimper , and advantageously, the distance between the intermediate rollers of the leveler is increased. It can prevent the corrosion of the tool or the blade blank by impurities while quenching and cooling, so that the appearance of the tool or the blade blank and the quality of the hardness metallographic structure prevent the pollution of the cooling oil.


The detailed configuration of its equipment can be based on the number of rolls and weights of the leveling machine according to customer requirements. Generally, there are two rolls of 7, 9, 11, and 13 rolls, and four rolls of 11, 13, 15, 17, and 19 rolls, and six rolls. 17, 19 rolls.


The rollers are made of forged steel. As the width of the machine is different, each leveling roller is supported by one or more sets of idler rollers in its length direction, so that the diameter of the leveling roller can be reduced to a minimum, and the distance between the rollers is also reduced. The idlers can be individually adjusted vertically so that they always support the full load. The surface of the roller has a standard machining brightness, but for the machine that leveles the aluminum plate, the surface of the roller is ground and polished. In addition, there are spiral grooves on the idler to collect foreign ash particles. The leveling roller is equipped with a scraper to scrape off the impurities adhering to the roller, and the scraped impurities are sent to the front of the machine through the channel for collection and removal.


The leveling machine unit includes feeding trolley, uncoiler, pallet pressing installation, six-level leveling host, tracking and shearing system, conveying and lifting worktable, double-layer pneumatic discharge rack, hydraulic lifting table, and unloading trolley , hydraulic system, electrical control system. The main components of the hydraulic system of the production line adopt Taiwan components; the fixed-length tracking and shearing system adopts the full-positioning servo system stop control of German Lenze Company. Notes on use

To place the workpiece stably, in the correct position, and then start the leveling machine. For example, when leveling narrow steel, it should be placed in the position of the leveling machine.

When the leveling machine is working, the staff cannot put their hands on the workpiece and stop measuring or inspecting. The flatness of the workpiece can be measured only after the machine is stopped.

Regarding large workpieces, the operator cannot stand on the workpiece while it is running.

Hands and clothing should be prevented from getting caught in the leveler roller table after the machine is turned on.

If abnormal noise is found during work, the worker should immediately stop the machine for inspection.
