The high wear rate is also one of the abnormal phenomena of the leveling machine. Due to the influence of the processing, assembly and debugging of the leveling machine parts, the contact area of the mating surface is small, and the allowable torque is large. During the operation of the leveler, the concave and convex parts on the surface of the parts are partially fitted and rubbed with each other, and the metal chips that have been ground off, as abrasives, continue to participate in the friction, which accelerates the wear of the matching surfaces of the parts.
