8. Each straightening wheel of the leveling machine is equipped with a leveling auxiliary wheel to ensure that it will not be bent and deformed during the production process, thereby improving the flatness quality of the product;

9. The upper and lower auxiliary rollers of the STS coil leveling machine are fixed, which improves the rigidity of the upper and lower wheels and prevents deformation under force;

10. Due to the difference in material, material width and material thickness, there is no uniform numerical reference. Therefore, it is recommended to take a small section of material for trial correction before mass production, and then continue production after the effect is achieved;
