9. The three-overlap plus transmission mechanism of the SPS thin plate leveling machine adopts synchronous independent transmission of each leveling roller, which reduces the backlash tolerance accumulated by the single gear set transmission and improves the flatness requirement of the plate.

10. Due to the difference in material, material width and material thickness, there is no unified numerical reference. Therefore, it is recommended that the SPS sheet leveling machine take a small section of material for trial leveling before mass production, and then continue to produce after the effect is achieved.
